Book with confidence: Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival result in a refund of 70% of the grand total. In the event the reservations exceeds $20,000 or 30+ days, cancellations must be made prior to 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive 70% of the grand total.
Villa by the Sea is an immaculate beach retreat in the exclusive beachfront La Plage condominium complex which offers a gated community, pool, hot tub, covered parking and elevators.
Villa by the Sea is a bright and airy 3-bedroom 3-bathroom condo with 10 foot ceilings and open concept living. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all you need to prepare your meals. Tommy Bahama furniture and shutters and custom window treatments are found in each of the bedrooms and living area.
Master suite offers a king sized bed and luxurious on suite bath. The second bedroom offers a king bed and room to relax as well as its own bath. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, sitting area and its own bath. All bedrooms have their own smart TVs.
Enjoy your morning coffee and/or dinner on your spacious, private lanai as you watch the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Take the back stairs down to the pool, hot tub and beach access that just steps away.
Villa by the Sea also provides you access to a storage area equipped with 6 bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a pull cart, cooler, and beach toys.
The condo is centrally located on AMI allowing you to walk to many shops and restaurants but access to the free Anna Maria Trolley is located just outside the gates of the community.

We do rentals from Saturday to Saturday, if you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email at reservations@beachretreatsfl.com, and as we are more flexible during the offseason.
