We also offer a small studio apartment next door if you have a big group. The two combine to sleep up to 8 people. The Unique benefits of this Apartment is the Quiet neighborhood, safe walking areas and grocery store only 2 blocks away. Why I chose Carolina? I bought this home to have family and now rental units in this area because it is mellow and also close to all the action of Isla Verde and San Juan.

Cancellation Policy – Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund. Hurricanes can knock out electricty for one or two days some times more.
