The exterior also affords a heated outdoor shower constructed of lovely stone and tile with dual nozzles that allow guests to wash the salt and sand off both their body and feet after a wonderful day at the beach. The first, second, and third floors boast fully operational all glass window walls that open to reveal stunning beach scenery and deliver complete passive air flow, bringing in that beautiful and refreshing cool ocean breeze. The house sleeps a total of 8-10 comfortably. There is a King bed in the master, a double bed in the second and a queen sofa bed in the third bedrooms and two double beds in the 4th bedroom. The spacious bathrooms each feature a 12′ rain shower head and modern contemporary stone sinks and counter tops. But, what makes this house so great is the luxurious penthouse master bedroom with it’s large jacuzzi tub and two impressive front and rear balconies. The luxury tub and bathroom design elicits a complete feeling of being outdoors with its wrap around windows and above ceiling skylights. The two balconies also allow for full panoramic views of the ocean and bay, which is something only a select few houses can offer in Mission Beach.
