Fantastic home great for family entertaining, a couple wanting to get away or a business trip! This home has a master bedroom with a separate bath suite and large closet. 2 other bedrooms with their own bath on the OTHER side of the house! Eat in the kitchen or out on the lanai and watch the birds and wildlife in the waterway in the backyard! The home also has a pool table and poker table for a little evening fun. The Living Room, master bedroom and both guest rooms have flat screen TV’s with cable. The 3rd bedroom has a smart TV and with free WiFi you can watch Netflix ,Hulu, play games etc. There are board games and a playstation for the evenings because during the day you will be out doing all the fun things to do in the area!
Both the BBQ grill and the kitchen are ready to make great meals – or go out to one of the many restaurants nearby. Be sure to check out the Nauti Parrot! Laundry is in the garage, along with beach and fishing equipment for your use. 2 garage spaces for your convenience.
There are over 12 beaches nearby, including Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Cape Coral and Naples. From the beaches, nature sanctuaries and Zoo to the shopping and dining fun there is something for everyone!
We are pet friendly (with deposit). We rent with 3 day min., week +, month + and are willing to rent for up to 3 months at a time. We hope you love the house as much as we do. It has a special place in our hearts.
