Inside Laundry Room. There’s a little work area in one of the bedrooms with desk and printer. If you like to do some exercising, there is a “Total Gym” in the condo for you to use. | The lease amount for 30 days is $5,200. There is a $1,000 security deposit to hold dates for leasing/damages. 50% of the amount is due 6 months prior to renting and the remaining 50% is due 3 months prior. If within a 45 day notice for leasing, full amount will be due plus a $1,000 deposit at the time of the written application/contract. The $1,000 security deposit will be returned to renter within 30 days after the lease agreement ends as long as the property is in same condition as it was at the start of the lease. There is a 6.5% sales tax and 5% hotel-motel bed tax that will be added to the lease amount. |
