The space
Ideal for you and a large group with plenty of room to comfortably house up to 15 people next to the beautiful beaches of Hawaii. This home has been recently remodeled and furnished professionally decorated in its entirety. A beautiful newly remodeled kitchen with a lovely Quartz water fall edge counter tops. A beautiful living room downstairs and private master deck upstairs both overlooking the ocean and 4 bedrooms spread out over 2800 sqft.
There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom on the main floor has a queen size bed. In the main family area there is a Murphy bed cabinet that makes into a queen size bed. Upstairs in the second bedroom there is a king size bed. In the third bedroom we call our “bunk room”. It has a queen bed. A full size bed and two twin beds. In the master there is a king size bed and also a pullout full size sofa sleeper. The beach is generally calm and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You can walk further down the beach to find great surfing waves. (Pounders Beach) You’ll have the perfect amount of room to enjoy each other’s company inside and out. Enjoy new AC split systems in all rooms, cable tv and wifi throughout this beautiful home.
Your minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center, BYU Hawaii and Mormon temple. A short drive to the famous “Sunset Beach”. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Perfectly located on the North Shore of Oahu. More shopping and restaurants a mile and a half away.
You’ll find a pack and play for your little one at the house along with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach toys and a wagon to pull it all down to the beach.

Parking is shared with neighbor. There is a 3 car max on site. Need to make sure and keep driveway clear and accessible for others.

| House rules– Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay. Who can stay-15 guests maximum No pets. What’s allowed– Check-in after 4:00 pm Checkout before 10:00 am Self check-in with keypad, No parties or events, No smoking. Additional rules– MUST be 25 years old to reserve property. *15 guests MAXIMUM including infants *parking is shared with neighbor. 3 cars maximum per stay. Do NOT block driveway access. *Treat the home as if it were your own. Cleaning fee collected is based on standard cleaning of home. Any excess cleaning necessary will be passed onto guest. *Please leave home as you found it. With only standard cleaning of home. *Pease take out all garbage upon departure. *Strip linens from beds and start wash. *Excess sand will incur additional cleaning costs. *Parties larger than what is listed in booking will be subject to additional costs. Regardless of how many. There are exterior cameras by the entrances of the home. These are an added protection for the property and our guests. There is absolutely no camera devices inside the home. We want to respect your privacy but provide added protection. |
